What happens on a discovery call?
A discovery call is a free, no-pressure conversation where we talk about where you are, what you're experiencing, and how The ALIGN Method might help. It's a chance for us to connect and see if we're a good fit.
Can I switch between packages?
Absolutely. Many clients start with The Companion and later move into group or 1:1 coaching. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time.
How are coaching sessions delivered?
All coaching sessions — both group and 1:1 — are conducted via secure video call. You can join from anywhere with an internet connection.
Is this covered by insurance?
The ALIGN Method is a coaching and education service, not a medical service. It is not currently covered by insurance. However, you may be able to use HSA/FSA funds — check with your provider.
What if I need to cancel?
Monthly coaching subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your next billing cycle. The Companion PDF is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable, as it is a digital download.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed. The ALIGN Method is a coaching and educational framework. That said, we always encourage you to keep your healthcare provider in the loop about your wellness journey.
