My Story
Why I Do This Work
As someone that has been a nurse for over 16 years, I've had the privilege of working with countless individuals — helping them understand their bodies, manage chronic conditions, and build healthier lives.
But there was a pattern I kept seeing that troubled me deeply. Women in their mid-30s to 50s were coming in feeling exhausted, anxious, and confused. They were told their labs were "normal," or that what they were experiencing was "just stress." They left appointments without answers, without validation, and without a plan.
I knew there had to be a better way. These women weren't broken — they were in perimenopause, a natural but often misunderstood transition that can begin years before menopause. And they deserved someone who would listen, educate, and walk alongside them through it.
That's why I created The ALIGN Method. It combines my nursing expertise as an RN and CDCES with evidence-based coaching principles to give women a structured, compassionate framework for navigating this chapter of life. Not with quick fixes — but with real understanding, sustainable habits, and the confidence that comes from finally knowing what's going on in your body.
